Understanding and creating effective birth plans. Childbirth Preparation Series HypnoBirthing Embody Birth Class B.O.N.D Classes Parent Infant Pathways Class.

Trademark childbirth preparation program using hypnosis for change and deep relaxation from Marie Mongan shows how for most of their lives women have been inundated with the negative stories of other women's birth experiences. They have been conditioned to believe that excruciating pain is associated with birth; and because of this, women today hold an unprecedented fear of giving birth. This extreme fear causes their bodies to become tense, and that tension often prevents them from easily performing the normal, physiological function of birth.

Embody Birth Classes

This Maha Al-Musa trademark program helps women get in touch with their bodies and babies. In the age of technology, birth has become more intellectualised than before. The information, plans and studies give the feeling that birth is something that will happen to every woman. Embody Birth brings together the understanding and experience of the body, preparing women to give birth.

B.O.N.D Classes

B.O.N.D classes give parents an opportunity to see pregnancy as a practice for parenting. With the latest research on prenatal psychology and complex human-utero experience, the classes encourage parents to explore themselves and their beliefs to help them become a parent. As the mother's environment practically shapes the baby's brain, the classes, divided in four sections, namely, Be-ing, Observing, Nurturing and Deciding, help the parents consciously co-create the baby's world and recreate themselves in the process. These classes can be done individually or in a group setting.
